Terms of Service

By installing or using a Plugbrew browser extension or visiting plugbrew.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

1. The service

Plugbrew provides browser extensions, some free and some with paid premium features. We may change, improve or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes affecting paid users.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extensions for your own use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them, or bypass license checks, except where the law allows it.

3. Paid plans

Premium features are sold as subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and is responsible for collecting applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to interfere with our servers, or to share or sell license keys.

5. Your data

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

The extensions are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every website or browser version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Plugbrew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
